Jan 6, 2009 - i know that Matt Groening created The Simpsons and all, but I'd really like to see the writers (I think the names were Matt Walburt and Tim Long or something) being interviewed for once, because aren't the writers the true genius behind The Simpsons? Matt Groening came up with the characters but isn't the success of The Simpsons owed just as much, if not more, to the actual writers? i don't know, just a thought.

Jan 6, 2009 - You obviously don't own any of the Simpsons DVDs...each episode is full of commmentary done by the writers and voice actors of the show, and Groening sits in and does commentaries as well...and the show has TONS of writers. Tons. Grab the DVDs! Plus the DVDs show the cartoon in its entirety, so you get to see stuff that never airs on Fox too.
